When to choose it
Reset Lever: Resets all module cooldowns on level-up.
Choose Reset Lever when you can use active abilities before an approaching level-up. The reset is most useful when those abilities are actually cooling down.

Reset Button fills nitro instead. Triangulator refunds part of three abilities’ cooldowns through a timed activation sequence, without using a level-up trigger.
