Companion - Cooldown 4: Cooldown, tier 4. Common - effect active cooldown rating: +0.15.
This is the cooldown branch for Companion. Compare it with damage or special choices if the ability is ready but not doing enough work. Cooldown ratings feed a recovery formula; they are not seconds subtracted from the timer.
