Wanderburg 0.9.13 patch notes

GAME UPDATE ·

Arms now attacks every 2.5 seconds at base, bosses drop at least 50 Silver, and damage numbers, leaderboard options and overtime changes arrive.

What changed and how to use it

Arms (Side Arms Module) received a shorter base automatic attack interval: 3.0 seconds becomes 2.5 seconds. The active skill has a separate cooldown. All bosses now drop at least 50 Silver; treat that as a minimum reward rather than an exact payout.

Damage numbers can be enabled in the settings tab. The leaderboard can be hidden through settings or directly at the leaderboard, covering the start screen, biome UI and end screen. Locked module options are no longer displayed, and points-of-interest markers have greater visibility distance.

Overtime was adjusted across Grassland, Desert and Darkforest. Bronze and Silver Mortars were slightly weakened, Golden Metzler was weakened, and Epic Red Overtime Metzler was added for late-game overtime.

The hotfix also corrects boss spawn positioning, keeps the player inside the map, fixes missing fog in the Overworld and lets driving resume after closing the biome UI. Overworld colliders and visual details were added, idle performance was improved, and a score legitimacy checker was introduced.

Arms attack interval and boss Silver rewards

ChangeBefore0.9.13What it means
Arms base automatic interval3.0 seconds2.5 secondsA shorter gap between automatic strikes. Active cooldown and per-hit damage are separate.
Minimum Silver drop per bossNew reward floor added in this updateAt least 50 SilverA minimum, not a fixed payout. Keep it separate from one-time quest rewards.

When adding Arms to a melee loadout, compare its close-range automatic strikes with your main weapon's reach. Extra attack opportunities help only while a target is within range. Start with the Wanderburg build list and keep enough room to escape after a pass.

For currency planning, follow the boss tombstone and Silver collection route.

How to enable damage numbers or hide the leaderboard

Open the settings tab to enable damage numbers. Compare the same attack against the same enemy type before and after an upgrade; one hit is not total damage per second. The damage-number guide explains how to compare slot, crew and damage-type bonuses.

Hide the leaderboard in settings or directly at the leaderboard. The option covers the start screen, biome UI and end screen. For driving, idle slowdowns and handheld setup, use the controls and settings guide.

Overtime Mortars and Epic Red Metzler

Bronze Mortar and Silver Mortar are slightly weaker in overtime, and Golden Metzler is weaker. Epic Red Overtime Metzler is a new late-game threat. Overtime changed in Grassland, Desert and Darkforest, so leaving a stage late still needs an escape route and a nitro reserve.

Use the stage directory to plan your route and the Spiderburg hit-and-run build for movement and cooldown management. The weaker enemies do not remove the risk of staying into late overtime.

Early Access roadmap status

The September 19 announcement says a roadmap is planned for early the following week. It does not contain the new roadmap or a confirmed list of future features. Check the updates hub for subsequent announcements and the release guide for Early Access timing.

Equipment changes

  • Arms base automatic attack interval decreased from 3.0 to 2.5 seconds in 0.9.13. This does not change the active ability cooldown.
